50% Hana Vineyard and 50% Manby Vineyard in the mountainous high elevation vineyards of Amador County. 2020 had an early bud break and early harvest. Picture perfect looking grapes with good color and bright red fruit characteristics. We blend this wine to be one of our best Barberas, using only the best barrels produced in the 2020. Hints of white pepper, cloves, dark cherry, ripe strawberry, spearmint and cherry cola. Medium bodied wine with good follow through and a lingering fruit forward finish.  Would pair great with a braised pork chop.
