Produced from a special clone of Pinot Noir brought to the United States by Dr. Richard Peterson.  Small yields of flavorful grapes were harvested at the point of ripeness producing a delicate European style Pinot Noir.  Good balance with flavors of bright cherry, raspberry, white pepper, cranberry and dust after a fresh rain.
