With fresh carbonation on the finish this is a perfect summertime hot tub wine or wonderful crowd-pleasing brunch wine.
Winemaker Notes
Making this wine gives me a chance to produce a true European Type Rosé in a light, crisp and off dry style, similar to the wines we produced while I was working as an apprentice and going to winemaking school in Europe. We had a fun time putting this blend together.
